Experience the energy, rhythm, and joy of Brazilian Samba in this fun and welcoming one-time workshop. Participants will be introduced to the foundations of Brazilian Samba, with a focus on rhythm, basic footwork, body movement, posture, arm styling, and musicality.
The class will build step by step and finish with a short combination so participants can put the movements together and enjoy dancing to authentic Brazilian rhythms. No previous Samba or dance experience is required. No need to wear Samba Heels. Barefoot or running shoes will do fine!
Dress comfortable workout clothes because you will sweat in this class!Â
